Bob Minielly – Powerboat Instructor

Bob is a former Sergeant and Provincial Marine Coordinator with the Ontario Provincial Police and was responsible for the entire O.P.P. marine program. Through 35 years of service, he managed and supervised the operation of numerous OPP marine programs, including officer training, conducting marine collision investigations, marine security planning and more.

During his marine policing career, Bob logged more than 5,000 hours on lakes and rivers throughout Ontario! He is the Past Chairman of the Canadian Safe Boating Council, Past Co-chair of the National Recreational Boating Advisory Council, and a member of the Canadian Marine Advisory Council, Ontario Recreational Boating Advisory Council, Golden Horseshoe Marine Advisory Committee and the Canadian Power and Sail Squadron.

Bob will be instructing half day and full day boat-handling clinics on the waters of Lake Simcoe, the Muskokas and surrounding areas.
