A limited number of our boater training courses are re-starting with COVID-19 safety protocols in place.


Boat handling clinics
Online registration now available. Maximum four (4) students on board with masks. Each student will complete a COVID-19 survey before participating.
Please contact us first before registering your clinic through our online process. Additional instructor mileage fees may apply.

ROC-M Radio
The ROC-M course is now available online. Course dates and online registration are listed on our ROC-M page. The Exam is written in-person at our BoaterSKills.ca Training Centre with COVID-19 safety protols in place.

Toronto Harbour Permit
The Toronto Harbour Permit course is now available online. Course dates and online registration are listed on the Powered Vessel Operator Permit page. The Exam is written in-person at our BoaterSKills.ca Training Cnetnre with COVID-19 safety protocols in place. The Practical exam is delayed until later this summer (dates to be announced). Pleasure Craft Operator Card
This course will not be available this season. If you require a PCOC, we recommend taking the online course through BOATsmart! Canada. Please visit their website for more information.
