Emergency First Aid is a one-day course offering an overview of First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) skills. Students receive a Red Cross Emergency First Aid certificate, valid for 3 years.

This course serves the First Aid and CPR training needs for responding to injuries and illness within the marine environment as well as at home or work. Every recreational boater should know the basics for self-preservation at sea, including how to prevent injury and illness and what to do in the event of a mishap on board.
